Real estate, like any other business, is about relationships. One of the most fulfilling and exciting parts of our job is interacting with all types of people. Our interest in NLP stems from a deep desire to develop even greater relationships with our clients through improved communication. NLP, as we have come to understand it, is the study of human behavior and communication styles. Through our trainings, we have dramatically increased our ability to interpret and to understand, both verbally and non-verbally, what is being presented to us. In deepening our awareness of how a person thinks and what is valuable to them, we are able to more fully serve their needs. We have learned to listen more acutely and to ask questions in a way that targets desires and enhances rapport, thus raising the standard of our customer service to a remarkable level.
Another aspect of NLP is modeling excellence. It has given us the opportunity to look at how we operate in the world and how to function to our greatest ability, consistently, every single day. Our study of NLP and its principles have greatly enhanced all areas of our lives. We will continue learning and growing, and are enjoying the process thoroughly.
